Reliable for loafers

This is my third time buying loafers from JustFab, and they're consistently good. The fit is always true to size, and they hold up well for daily wear. I appreciate that I know what I'm getting. Shipping was faster this time compared to my last order, which was a nice surprise. It's why I keep coming back for my basic shoe needs.

Reliable for shoes and bags

I've been a VIP member for a while now, and this order for a 'Maxi Dress' and some 'Wedge Sandals' was consistent with my past experiences. I usually stick to their shoes and handbags, which have always been good quality for the price point. The sandals were comfortable right out of the box, just like the 'Ankle Boots' I got a few months ago. The dress fabric was decent, what I expected for a casual maxi. Shipping was on time this time, which is usually the case, but I've had one or two slow deliveries in the past. Still, it's reliable enough that I keep coming back every month.

Shoes were good

I bought some 'Combat Boots'. They fit well. Shipping was fast. Good price for what I got. I'd buy shoes here again.

Good quality, delivery had issues

I ordered a pair of the 'Stiletto Heels' and a 'Crossbody Bag' as part of a new member deal. The ordering process itself was straightforward on the website, easy to navigate through the styles and add to cart. The quality of both items surprised me; the heels felt sturdy and the bag had good stitching, much better than I expected for the price I paid. However, delivery was a bit of a mixed bag. The tracking information wasn't updated consistently, and the package arrived two days later than the initial estimated window. I contacted customer support about the tracking discrepancy, and they responded within 24 hours with an update, which was helpful. Overall, I'm happy with the products themselves, but the delivery communication could be improved. The shoes fit true to size, which is always a relief when ordering online.

Got some cool ankle boots

So I grabbed these ankle boots, you know, just to see. They actually look really sharp. Kinda surprised, honestly. They feel pretty comfy too, walked around in them all day and no complaints. The whole process was smooth, no weird issues or anything. Definitely not regretting this one.

Good deal on first order

As a first-time buyer, I was looking for a good deal. I managed to get a pair of stiletto heels for pretty cheap with the new member offer. The value was definitely there for the price I paid. The heels themselves are decent, not super high-end but totally fine for occasional wear. Shipping was okay, nothing super fast but not too slow either. Felt like a smart buy.

Decent value, slow shipping

I got a pair of block heels and a crossbody bag. The quality for both was pretty good, especially for what I paid. The heels are comfortable enough for a night out. Shipping took a bit longer than I expected, almost a week and a half, which was a minor annoyance. Customer service was helpful when I asked about the delay, though. Overall, a solid purchase but they could improve on delivery times.

Good combat boots

I ordered combat boots. They arrived on time. Fit was good. Quality seems decent for the price. I'd buy again if I needed more shoes.

Love my new sneakers!

My 'Sneakers' arrived and they are so cute! The color is perfect and they're really comfortable to wear all day. I got them with the VIP offer, and it was such a great deal. I'm definitely going to shop here again for more shoes!
